Daily Giveaway Terms & Conditions.

  1. Pirate
    1. The promoter of this competition is: Pirate Studios Ltd, 2-4 Tottenham Road, Dalston, London N1 4BZ (“Pirate”, “we”, “us”).
  2. The competition
    1. The title of the competition is £100 a day. It’s a random prize giveaway with one winner receiving £100 of studio credit each day for 14 days (14 winners in total), as well as one winner receiving £1000 studio credit an an equipment package from Rose Morris in our major prize draw.
    2. To enter the competition, entrants must make a booking at any Pirate Studios location.
  3. How to enter
    1. The competition will run from [10:00am] to [11:59pm] each day from Feb 18 (the "Opening Date") to March 3 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
    2. All competition entries must be received by Pirate by no later than [11:59pm] each day of the competition - your entry (booking) is only valid for that day. To enter the competition on a different day, you must make another booking. Only one entry per customer.
    3. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
    4. All daily entries received during this 14 day period will automatically be entered into the major prize draw.
    5. To enter the competition:
    6. enter the competition online by booking a session at any Pirate Studios location in the UK, Germany and the US, using the code WIN1000 if you’re a new customer, or WIN1000PIRATE if you’re an existing customer.

    7. Pirate will not accept:
    8. Competition entries made without using the specified code (3.6)

      Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

    9. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    10. The daily winner and major prize winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
    11. The first random entrant drawn from the pool will be chosen as our winner (provided they meet the necessary requirements - see next section)
  4. Eligibility
    1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK, US and Germany aged 16 years or over,
    2. except:
    3. employees of Pirate or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      employees of agents or suppliers of Pirate or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

      members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

    4. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Pirate may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
    5. Pirate will not accept competition entries that are:
    6. automatically generated by computer;

      completed by third parties or in bulk;

      illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

    7. Pirate reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition, if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, and/or are in breach of these terms and conditions.
  5. The prize
    1. The daily prize consists of:
    2. £100 worth of studio credit to be used at any Pirate Studios location in the UK, DE or US.

    3. The major prize draw consist of:
    4. £1000 worth of studio credit to be used at any Pirate Studios location in the UK, DE or US.

      A DJ or band equipment package from Rose Morris valued at (£637 - band) or (£258 - DJ).

    5. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
    6. Pirate reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Pirate’s control makes it necessary to do so.
    7. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
  6. Winner announcement
    1. The winner will be contacted within 72 hours of the closing time (11:59pm) each day of the 14 day period for the daily giveaways, and by (3:00pm) on Mar 6 for the major prize draw.
    2. The winner chosen at random by Pirate Studios under independent supervision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    3. We will announce the winner of the daily competitions across our social media accounts.
  7. Claiming the prize
    1. If you are the winner of the major prize, you will have until Apr 3 to claim the prize - please refer to the details of how to claim in condition 6.1. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
    2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf
    3. Pirate will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize by Apr 3, Pirate reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the random prize draw (two back-up winners will be selected in initial draw under independent supervision).
    4. Pirate does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
  8. Limitation of liability
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Pirate, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Pirate, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  9. Data protection and publicity
    1. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that Pirate may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
    2. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Pirate.
    3. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by Pirate or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
  10. General
    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Pirate may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
    2. Pirate reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
